The role aligns closely with Microsoft Treasury — which supports over $150B in trade and receivables, $11B in annual payment solutions, and a $130B investment portfolio, along with currency risk, bank account infrastructure and business risk insurance — and sits within Finance Data & Experiences (FD&E), an organization on a mission to redefine how Microsoft measures, monitors, and optimizes its global business. FD&E brings together data, AI, and engineering talent to build reliable, scalable, and secure solutions that power decision-making, business insights, automation, and AI-driven experiences across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, and Product Engineering.
The IT Operational Resilience Manager will own technology strategy and ICT risk and resilience oversight for outsourced payment services in a newly created Payments Institution based in Dublin, Ireland.
You will shape how Microsoft governs technology risk and resilience in a regulated environment, operating independently, applying your technical program management expertise to own the ICT risk management framework in line with the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and to provide oversight of services delivered by Microsoft group entities and third parties, aligned to Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) requirements.
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 77,400.00 - € 130,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
