IT Operation Service / Maintenance:
• Maintain the reliability and availability of IT Operation and Infrastructure (system and application, network and IP telephony), collaborate with ME.
• Handle and repair problems related with IT Operation coverage in the BINUS Square Area (i.e., hardware, operating system, software application).
• Maintain good condition of the computer hardware, operating system, and other software applications.
• Give proper trouble shooting solutions to users in the BINUS Square area.
• Maintains the domain controller server, file server, and mail server.
• Maintain documentation of all IT inventory in BINUS Square.
• Provide guidance and suggest various solution in handling matters in IT Operation coverage area (database & application, network, IT infrastructure)
Client operation:
• Install needed and required application to users.
• Organize and arrange user account & access level to enter the Network in related area.
• Assist in planning and implementation of the IT infrastructure for the school event.
• Collect data/information from user as an input and improvement opportunity for the IS development unit.
Network operation:
• Handle the IT network in related area. (i.e., ISP channels, bandwidth management, firewall/proxy setting, rules, and connection)
• Monitor the reliability and availability of IT Operations and Infrastructure (infrastructure & internet / bandwidth monitoring, server management implementation, switch and cabling, access door topology, VoIP)
• Handle security related IT & communication peripheral (access door, PABX, Boom gate setting, installation)
Hardware & research:
• Assist in IT Stock management and order & receive monitoring
• Identify the needs for additional hardware and software components required according to their task.
• Handle the maintenance of the computer hardware, operating system, and other software applications.
Other Duties:
• Prepare monthly activity report to the supervisor.
• Carry out any additional task assigned by the supervisor.
Education Requirement:
• Diploma Degree (D3), or
• University student (6th semester)
Work Exposure/ Experience:
No working experience
