Perform daily operations of the office and provide accurate and timely troubleshooting of electronic and mechanical lock hardware and systems. Perform installations of mechanical and electronic control systems, which may include door access control, mechanical locks, keypads, electronic locks, Wi-Fi locks, and associated hardware. Responds to situations where lock hardware or systems have failed and action must be taken to isolate or repair problem equipment, or software, or make configuration changes to return locking systems to full functionality. Process key requests and issue keys and ensure that the Simple K key management software is kept up to date. Planning, designing, and implementing new key and locking systems for remodeled or new construction projects. This position participates in a group 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year on-call rotation where each member of the group takes call for 1 week at a time.
