In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality and Quest Hotel & Conference Center-Clark, under the supervision of the IT Manager, the IT Team Leader assists in the smooth functioning of IT Department. Coordinates and establishes hardware maintenance, application programs and procedures in case of system interruptions. Ensures security of data storage and protection, implementation and training of users on the systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain major hotel systems including:
Property Management System (PMS)
Point of Sale (POS)
Business Central Accounting
IVVY S&C
Golf CMS & Online Booking
RDP/VPN
Door Locking System
Email, LAN, Active Directory, and telecommunications systems
Ensure system security, data backups, and proper access control.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and internet issues.
Manage IT assets, server performance, antivirus updates, and system patches.
Support digital signage, guest internet services, and telephony systems.
Supervise IT staff scheduling, performance, and discipline.
Assist in IT project implementation and recommend technology improvements.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, emergency procedures, and service standards.
