We are currently recruiting for an IT Network Specialist to sit within the EU team, based in our London office. You will be reporting into the IT Infrastructure Manager, working closely with internal departments and external suppliers at an EU level.
This is an opportunity for someone with hands-on network engineering and support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment. You'll play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the network infrastructure that connects UNIQLO's stores and offices across Europe, combining day-to-day operational support with exciting network projects while collaborating with international teams and vendors.
What you will be responsible for is supporting and optimising the network environment that underpins UNIQLO's stores and offices across Europe. You will manage network operations, monitor performance, troubleshoot complex connectivity issues, maintain network security, and work closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver reliable and scalable network services. Alongside day-to-day support, you will contribute to network projects, new store openings, WAN and wireless deployments, and continuous improvements that enable our business to grow and operate efficiently.
