• Define Enterprise Networks roadmap based on stakeholders' need, technology, trend and business requirements

• Plan and execute long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans to meet existing and future requirements.

• Ensure capacity planning, quality, & performance of the services portfolio.

• Plan, Operate and support Load Balancer, Web Application Firewall (WAF), GSLB, Next Generation Firewall, ACI, Data Center, DMZ, Internet ,WAN. MFS Infra, S2S VPN, Internet Proxy, Routing, LAN, WLAN, SSL VPN, MFA,

• Monitor network availability, performance, and capacity

• Lead P1/P2 network incident management and root cause analysis

• Perform configuration, patching, upgrades, and changes following ITIL processes

• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, runbooks, and SOPs

• Support network security controls (V APT, Hardening, Security patch, Audit mitigation) from an operations perspective

• Coordinate with vendors, OEM and internal teams for fault resolution

• Mentor engineers and support 24×7 network operations

• Implement Micro-segmentation using ACI Infrastructure

• DC-DR solution using LB, WAF, GSLB, SDN

• Implemented and managed user and network node authentication using Cisco ISE with RADIUS, TACACS+, and security posture–based access control.

Academic Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in engineering / computer science

Prefer Certification:

• Cisco: CCNP (DC / Enterprise / Security)

• Fortinet: NSE4/NSE5/NSE7

Job Experience Required

• 8–10 years of experience in network operations

• Experience in large enterprise or telco environments

Required Capabilities

• Knowledge on Packet Data Network with various dynamic routing protocols (EIGRP,OSPF,BGP).

• Hands on knowledge of Data Center Passive & Active networking especially on Cisco Platform.

• Practical experience in handling large amounts of VPN with redundancy.

• In-depth knowledge of Network monitoring, operations handling, policies and process implementation capabilities with zero mistakes.

• Performed packet capture and analysis to troubleshoot network issues and investigate security incidents.

• Experience on planning and execution of Network Migration with minimal down time where direct business is involved.

• Deep understanding on OSI layer and functionalities

• Willingness to work with full motivation for 24x7 emergency support

• Sound knowledge of Information Security and IT Audit processes
