IT Manufacturing Systems Analyst
As an IT Manufacturing Systems Analyst, you will:
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to support Kodak Alaris’s Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), shop floor systems and subsequent integrations to the ERP system
• Monitor and respond to user support requests, perform root-cause analysis, implement appropriate resolutions, and provide consultation as needed
• Contribute to system development and upgrade initiatives.
• Knowledge of manufacturing functions (e.g. shop floor operations, material movement, quality control, process control, process verification) is a plus.
Location is in Windsor (Fort Collins area), Colorado. Hybrid work is allowed but candidate must maintain an on-site presence each week, as required.
• Provide day-to-day support for “Keep It Running” and “Keep It Current” activities, including ticket tracking and system updates.
• Participate in an off-hours on-call rotation for critical issues (approximately every three months).
• Partner with manufacturing users to understand challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Clearly articulate business problems, opportunities, and the justification for change.
• Analyze information and provide recommendations that align stakeholder expectations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between manufacturing users and IT teams (e.g., server, workstation, database).
• Gather requirements from multiple sources and consolidate them into a single, well-documented set of needs.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and testers/users to translate business requirements into technical deliverables, including functional documentation and code development.
• Develop, test, and deploy bug fixes and code enhancements/modifications.
• Provide technical training, internal consulting, and hands-on support.
• Facilitate or participate in meetings, workshops, and presentations as needed to support solution delivery.
• Track development items throughout the lifecycle to ensure accuracy, budget, quality, and schedule targets are met.
• Assist in defining, documenting, and implementing manufacturing business processes and policies.
• Capture knowledge from manufacturing and IT stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of knowledge repositories.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 Years of relevant experience
• Programming experience with the Microsoft stack.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Skills to understand, document, and communicate client business requirements, then translate them into detailed requirements and test cases for system enhancements.
• Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve shared goals.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines concurrently.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with manufacturing operations.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Working knowledge of IT processes (incident, change, and release management).

• Source Control: Team Foundation Server, GIT, Visual Source Safe
• Scripting: PowerShell, MS-DOS
• Desktop Operating Systems: Windows 11, 10, 7 & XP
• Development Methodologies/Platforms – Azure Dev-Ops, Git Hub
• Basic Desktop and Network Trouble Shooting

Compensation: $86,000 - $95,000 annually, contingent on level of experience
