Responsibilities: 

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, hardware, and software locally and overseas.
• Support ERP systems (SAP Business One, Microsoft Business Central) including customization and troubleshooting.
• Provide IT solutions, develop and maintain software, and perform data analysis and reporting.
• Administer and monitor applications and databases for optimal performance.
• Lead and train IT team, providing technical guidance and support.
• Handle IT budgeting, procurement, vendor management, and yearly reviews of licenses and SOPs.
• Prepare reports, liaise with auditors, maintain company website, and update users on IT trends. 

Requirement: 

• Experienced as Systems Engineer, Network Engineer, DBA, ERP Analyst & Security Analyst; ERP experience with Business One, Microsoft Business Central, or MS NAV.
• 4-6 years in Programming, Software Design, Implementation, and at least 1 ERP full SDLC project.
• Web and domain management; desktop and Windows server support.
• IT infrastructure, DBA, firewall/security systems; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in MS/SQL, Crystal Reports, SQL, Visual Basic, and stored procedures.
