The Site IT Manager will be the main point of contact for site leadership teams, responsible for maintaining and representing IT at our operational sites.
The primary goal is to identify and quantify local site IT demands, assess against Global Standards, in-flight projects via the IT Operating model and where appropriate are empowered to drive the change.
Act as an account manager for IT, ensuring that Central IT Functions deliver IT services in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.
The site IT Manager will also provide local IT employees the necessary support recognising that we are operating in a geographically diverse organisation.
