
IT Manager, Order Fulfillment Transactional - Manufacturing

We are seeking a first-line IT Manager to lead a high-performing team of eight professionals. This role is ideal for a strong internal leader stepping into full people management responsibilities while ensuring continuity across critical global programs, business relationships, and manufacturing platforms.
The successful candidate will build on the team’s strong foundation, drive execution across strategic initiatives, and strengthen partnerships across manufacturing, sourcing, and enterprise domains.
People Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop a team of IT professionals
Drive performance management, goal setting, and career development
Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and inclusive team culture
Maintain strong team engagement through transparent communication and support
Ownership & Accountability
Assume end-to-end ownership of key IT assets, including:
Provide oversight of major programs and initiatives, including:
Own financial management: budget planning, PO ownership, renewals, pricing, and approvals
Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness across relevant platforms
Maintain accurate ownership and governance across all systems and tools
Business Relationship Management
Act as the primary IT partner across global business domains:
GPS / e2Open
WWCOA / iCost
SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM)
CST, CSRC, S2P, and P&M
Print Supplies and factory operations (APJ and global)
Worldwide PCC and in-house manufacturing (China, Japan)
SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes (PP, ODM models, discrete manufacturing standards)
Drive alignment between IT delivery and business priorities while building strong stakeholder trust.
Global Manufacturing & Regional Engagement
Own and manage IT relationships across key regions:
APJ (Singapore, Malaysia, China, Japan)
India (outsourced manufacturing)
EMEA (factories and product completion centers)
Americas / APCC (global completion centers)
Ensure alignment of IT support with global manufacturing operations and MES/system integration initiatives.
Program & Project Oversight
Provide leadership continuity across key programs (e.g., Rhyme, APCC, IJ Enhancements, SAP DM)
Ensure execution quality, delivery alignment, and stakeholder communication
Support transitions while maintaining governance and operational stability
Governance & Program Transition
Lead structured transition of strategic programs (e.g., Odyssey, S2P, Data Quality)
Provide governance through PMO engagement
Ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment across initiatives
Compliance & Risk Management
Own SOX compliance across platforms (Jaggaer, iCertis, e2Open, others)
Ensure audit readiness and control standardization
Drive adherence to enterprise compliance policies
Budget & Resource Management
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource plans
Optimize cost structure and staffing strategy
Partner with Finance on planning cycles
Support structured transition through mentorship and review checkpoints
Qualifications & Experience
Proven leadership experience in IT or technical teams
Strong track record in program and project delivery (PMP preferred)
Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-regional teams
Familiarity with manufacturing systems and enterprise platforms (SAP, CST, WWCOA, etc.)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
