What you'll do:
The IT Manager IV – Microsoft Foundry Development provides technical and strategic leadership for the design, development, and support of AI-powered solutions built on the Microsoft Foundry platform. This role, which is a key leadership position within IT Enterprise Application Services (EAS) department, leads cross-functional teams responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and compliant AI applications, agents, and automation capabilities that align with business objectives and enterprise technology standards. The position partners closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Data Governance, and Risk teams to drive innovation, establish development standards, and ensure responsible AI practices across the organization. The IT Manager IV oversees the Microsoft Foundry development roadmap, evaluates emerging AI technologies, and promotes operational excellence through effective governance, platform management, and continuous improvement. This role collaborates with critical business and technology partners to solve complex challenges, advance strategic initiatives, establish engineering best practices, and drive the successful delivery of AI-enabled solutions. Additionally, the IT Manager IV develops executive presentations, technical documentation, and strategic communications that clearly articulate technology roadmaps, architectural decisions, recommendations, and business outcomes to a broad range of stakeholders.
