What you'll do:
The IT Delivery Manager III is a delivery leader within the IT Strategy, Planning and Operations (SPDO) organization responsible for end-to-end delivery execution across one or more IT portfolios. This role provides direct people leadership and mentorship for Project Managers and Scrum Masters, drives consistent delivery practices in a hybrid Agile environment, and serves as a change agent and coach for technology leaders and delivery teams.
The IT Delivery Manager III leads and facilitates portfolio-level planning and execution (including PI Planning for assigned portfolios), ensures delivery health and reporting are accurate, timely, and audience-appropriate, and proactively manages risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes. This role partners closely with Technology, Product, and Business stakeholders to improve predictability, transparency, and delivery performance—without being accountable for engineering design or software development decisions.
