Job Description

As the IT Manager responsible for Digital Workplace, you will play a key role in shaping how IPCO's employees work, collaborate and access the digital tools they need every day. You will own our global Digital Workplace and ensure it supports the business with secure, reliable and effective solutions.

You will set the direction for the workplace domain while working across a broad range of services, technologies and stakeholders. The role combines strategic leadership, broad ownership and regular interaction with stakeholders and users to understand real problems and continuously improve how services are delivered.

What you’ll do

• Define and drive IPCO's global Digital Workplace strategy and roadmap
• Own and develop the Digital Workplace environment, including Microsoft 365, identity, endpoints, software and collaboration tools
• Own ServiceNow ITSM, the IT Service Portal and Service Desk, from a governance and service management perspective
• Own IT onboarding and offboarding, and drive automation and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as HR, Internal Communications, Group IT and security functions
• Manage suppliers, contracts and service performance, including budget and cost optimisation
• Lead global Digital Workplace projects and transformation initiatives

Qualifications

Required

• Degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Digital Workplace and IT service management, including service delivery, incident management, and continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and modern cloud-based workplace services.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and external suppliers
• Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to travel, for example to our sites in Fellbach, Germany, and Sandviken, Sweden depending on business needs.

Meritorious

• Experience with budgets, licenses, subscriptions, contracts, or cost optimisation.
• Experience managing Service Desk and ITSM Systems
• Experience with Software Asset Management and Microsoft licensing.
• Experience with IT security, compliance, risk management, or audit activities.
• Experience from global manufacturing organisations
