Job Description

 Responsible for integrity of all IT-related systems and ensure all hardware and software and

services are functioning properly.

5 years’ experience in Hospitality IT is required. Previous experience in Marriott Group

desirable.

• Knowledge with PMS Opera, POS Micros, Wireless System, IPTV System, PABX, Network

switches, Virtualization is a must.

• System-related professional certifications like Microsoft, CCNA, CompTIA, ITIL desired.
• Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience.
• Highly responsible & reliable with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
• Be organized and detail oriented.
• Time management skills are required to plan and organize workload.
• Teamwork skills are essential to ensure interaction with co-workers is a positive and

cooperative environment.

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Candidates with Caribbean or Central American experience will be preferred.
