Atera is seeking an IT Manager to lead our System engineers and technical support. You will take ownership not only of our technology stack (systems, network, and endpoints) and employees' technical support, but also of implementing, using, and improving Atera’s own product. The appropriate candidate will demonstrate the following at a high professional level: strong communication and customer service skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
