The role

We look for an IT Manager who will be responsible to plan, coordinate, lead and design the systems to support the IT activities of IDNEO. Lead the IT team in order to guarantee the connectivity, internal apps, ERP (SAP) and all the computing and connection infrastructures and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage within agreed budgets the implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs, utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality.

• Coordinate local security topics, projects and incidents.

• Functional administration IT platforms and internal applications.

• Functional first line user support management.

• Provide effective leadership for the project team members.

• Ensure compliance with information security policies and actively contribute to maintaining and improving the organization's Information Security Management System in alignment with ISO 27001 and TISAX requirements.

• Handle technical and functional security projects (vulnerability management, incident management, IAM, GDPR, PCI DSS, etc.).

• Define and design the specific training for new users or when new applications are developed.

• Lead the future migrations and implementations.

Requirements

• University Engineering Degree (mainly in Computer Science or Telecommunications) or equivalent work experience

• Knowledge of management complex ERPs (mainly SAP S4 HANA).

• Knowledge of System administration and Servers infrastructure protocols (AD, DHCP, DNS, etc.).

• English advanced level

• 3 or more years in similar positions

• Desired Skills:

  • Specific training or practical knowledge related to ISO 27001 and TISAX

  • Knowledge of Cloud Technologies (Private like Nutanix or public like GCP and AWS), GSuite and Office 365 administration.
