Join this well-established, luxury resort in the Caribbean as their IT Manager!

This is an on-site role (not remote). To support the implementation of the IT strategy, initiate and manage IT projects and consult the key stakeholders in strategic IT matters concerning the resort while managing day-to-day IT operations and implementing IT brand standards, new technologies, systems and projects.

Previous experience within the Caribbean hospitality sector will be preferred.

Performance Metrics:

• Oversee all IT systems' installation, configuration, and maintenance, including property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS) systems, guest Wi-Fi, telecommunications, and back-office systems.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely support for software, hardware, and network services.
• Lead and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, new technology rollouts, and infrastructure improvements.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
• Minimum 5-7 years of IT management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, cybersecurity, server management, and software applications relevant to the hotel industry.
