What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff technology support across all Avivo locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, hardware, phones, and connectivity
- Coordinate with external IT partners for ticket escalation, projects, and system improvements
- Set up, deploy, and maintain computers, phones, and equipment for new and existing staff
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
- Monitor systems performance and provide first‑level support for networks, VPNs, and connectivity issues
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment, licenses, and systems documentation
- Support cybersecurity efforts, including MFA, endpoint protection, and HIPAA compliance practices
- Translate technical information into clear, accessible language for staff at all levels
- Contribute to a secure, responsive, and user‑focused technology environment that supports Avivo’s mission

QualificationsWhat You Bring
- Associate degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- - OR equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years of hands‑on IT support
- At least 3 years of experience in a hands‑on IT role, including end‑user support and equipment deployment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows systems, and account administration
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical users
- Experience coordinating with IT vendors or managed service providers (preferred)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and HIPAA‑regulated environments (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to providing excellent, patient, and people‑centered support
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between Avivo sites
