Our client is seeking a skilled IT Manager with strong project development experience, specifically in managing and delivering technology projects. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful execution. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is required to guide implementation and optimization of solutions that enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Ownership: Lead technology projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to define project goals and align across departments.
• MS Dynamics Solutions: Provide expertise to implement and integrate MS Dynamics with existing systems efficiently.
• Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress for successful delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support IT team members to foster collaboration and high performance.
• Budget & Risk Management: Manage project budgets, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager with a strong project development background.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM, ERP).
• Strong project management skills across the full project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
• Familiarity with cloud-based MS Dynamics solutions.
