The Opportunity

This isn’t your average IT Manager gig! We’re looking for a rare breed - someone who can zoom out to architect the future, then dive in to make it happen. You’ll lead the charge in shaping our IT ecosystem, drive innovation, and be a trusted partner to both our accounting business.

• Strategic thinking: mapping the technology that will scale us into tomorrow.
• Hands-on execution: rolling up your sleeves when things need to get done yesterday
• Set the direction: Define and deliver our IT strategy, infrastructure roadmap, and tech stack alignment with the broader business vision.
• Make it happen: Lead projects end-to-end — from scoping and stakeholder engagement to execution and post-delivery optimisation.
• Bridge the gap: Be the translator between business needs and technical solutions. Ensure tech empowers, not complicates.
• Lead with service: Be the trusted face of IT for both internal users and key clients. Resolve issues fast and build long-term confidence even faster.
• Secure & scale: Own system performance, security, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in IT leadership roles, ideally in fast-paced professional services, or client-centric environments.
• A natural strategist with a track record of successfully delivering tech initiatives that solve real business problems.
• Hands-on technical skills across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and systems integration.
• Strong client-facing experience – you know how to speak business and tech, and you can earn trust in both worlds.
• A proactive mindset, not afraid to take initiative or challenge the status quo.
• Leadership that balances vision, action, and empathy.
