Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
Digital Guardian 🛡️💻
Oversee all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure secure, stable, and uninterrupted operations across the property.
Systems & Network Master 🌐
Manage servers, connectivity, Wi-Fi performance, hardware, and software to deliver seamless technology experiences for guests and teams.
Cybersecurity Protector 🔒
Safeguard Mama’s digital environment by maintaining security standards, data protection practices, backups, and system integrity.
Tech Support Hero 🦸♂️
Provide responsive IT support to team members, troubleshooting issues quickly and ensuring minimal operational disruption.
Innovation Driver 🚀
Identify new technologies and smart solutions that enhance efficiency, improve workflows, and elevate the guest experience.
Systems Integrator 🔗
Ensure smooth functionality and integration of hospitality systems including PMS, POS, finance, and operational platforms.
Project & Implementation Leader 🛠️
Coordinate IT installations, upgrades, and system rollouts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business needs.
Compliance Champion ✅
Maintain IT policies, licensing, and brand standards while ensuring alignment with Ennismore and regulatory requirements.
