Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT Support and IT Operations teams. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient functioning of both teams, maintain system reliability, and provide excellent support services. You will also play a key role in IT strategy, system improvements, and team leadership to drive technological innovation and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor system performance and ensure high levels of availability, security, and scalability.
  • Lead the global IT Support team in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and providing exceptional technical support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align IT initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize IT operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Prepare reports and present performance updates to senior management.
  • Familiar with cloud environments (AWS, Azure), including finops skills

Requirements

  • Have an automation-first mindset/bias.
  • Proven experience in IT management, with a focus on IT support and operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and security management.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop teams.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate across teams and with stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of network protocols and technologies - advantage
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Expert-level familiarity with Office365, Jira, MDM tools, VC systems,
