· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
· Minimum 6 years in same positions
· Strong experience in fintech industry or similiarity field
· Strong understanding of Full-Stack Development
· Strong understanding in Mobile Developer (Android & IOS)
· Proven track record in leading digital transformation, large-scale IT projects, or technology-driven product development.
· Experience in Front-End Web Development, particularly with React Js or Next Js
· Proficiency in Back-End Development, including skills in .Net Framework C# MVC
· Experience in using HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript
· Work with databases such as SQL Server to design, develop, and optimize database operations
· Communicative, have strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· Mentor, guide and develop software engineers, positive team environment
· Lead and manage end to end software development
· Develop and update company strategies, prioritizing major cross-functional initiatives by analyzing internal performance and external market trends.
· Lead and mentor the IT team while coordinating with vendors and internal division
