Location: Onsite - Utah
Employment: Full-time
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 base, DOE
Brevium is seeking an IT Systems Specialist to support the day-to-day technology operations of a healthcare SaaS company. This role combines employee technology support, identity and endpoint administration, hardware lifecycle work, documentation, and first-pass security and systems support.
This is not a ticket-queue-only position. Work is organized around operational responsibilities, business needs, and documented processes. Because Brevium operates in a regulated healthcare environment, technical work must be secure, documented, auditable, and performed with care for production stability.
To ramp quickly, candidates should already be comfortable with the core tools and practices used in a Microsoft-centered business environment:
Experience with Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft 365, Conditional Access, Windows Server, or PowerShell will help a candidate become productive faster. Experience with endpoint security tooling or regulated environments such as healthcare, HITRUST, HIPAA, or SOC 2 is also valuable.
As proficiency grows, the role may assist with AWS, SQL Server, Linux, automation, DevOps tooling, backup validation, and disaster-recovery work. We do not expect expertise in every system on day one; we do expect sound troubleshooting, documentation, security judgment, and the ability to learn unfamiliar systems.
Equal opportunity: Brevium is an equal opportunity employer. Employment decisions are based on qualifications, capabilities, and job performance without discrimination based on any characteristic protected by applicable law.

Eye-Opener: 25% or more patients are overdue for essential care at just about every physician practice. Depending on your specialty, that’s 1,000 – 2,000 patients per provider.
Brevium’s patented, data-driven patient reactivation software helps medical groups and physician practice portfolios boost quality of care, improve patient experience, and transform lost patients into found revenue.
- Physician practices rely on Brevium to:
- Analyze patient data to identify patients who need follow-up care most.
- Leverage data in disparate practice management systems with BreviumStitch
- Provide clarity and insight into what works: Tap into a live, real-time dashboard to identify which outreach methods are most likely to reactivate overdue patients.
- Ensure every provider is fully booked.
- Deploy automated patient engagement and reactivation solutions (text, email, auto calls, and direct mail), which frees up practice staff bandwidth for direct patient interactions.
For every $1 practices spend on the Brevium, they see $25 or more in revenue— 25x ROI. If you are looking to boost healthy returns at your physician practice or portfolio of practices, Brevium can help you achieve your goals.
