As an IT Landscape & Solution Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and governing the organization's IT application landscape while driving digital solutions that create measurable business value. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to optimize application portfolios, define strategic roadmaps, ensure governance and compliance, and support the continuous evolution of digital capabilities across the EMEA region.
Your tasks:
► Managing and continuously optimizing the IT application landscape by driving portfolio decisions, standardization initiatives, and target architecture development aligned with business and IT strategies
► Analyzing the application portfolio, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing roadmaps using Application Portfolio Management (APM) principles
► Defining and maintaining application lifecycle management concepts while coordinating IT landscape standards and governance across the organization
► Collaborating with enterprise architects and governance teams to establish sustainable target architectures and support organization-wide IT coordination
► Acting as the end-to-end Solution Owner for digital solutions across the EMEA region, ensuring business value throughout the entire solution lifecycle
► Translating business requirements into solution roadmaps, priorities, and functional requirements while managing stakeholder expectations
► Ensuring compliance with security, architecture, governance, budget, and resource management standards throughout solution delivery
► Monitoring KPIs, gathering user feedback, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and identifying new digital opportunities
► Managing software license compliance, coordinating audits, and maintaining software asset management processes in line with corporate requirements
► Collaborating with Legal Services and purchasing teams on software licensing topics while proactively managing compliance risks and improvement initiatives
► University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
► Experience in IT landscape management, solution ownership, enterprise architecture, or IT portfolio management
► Experience managing digital solutions throughout the complete lifecycle, from requirements engineering to continuous improvement
► Strong understanding of IT governance, application lifecycle management, software asset management, and compliance principles
► Experience with agile delivery methods, project management, and business process design
► Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven, KPI-focused mindset
► Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills in an international environment
► Ability to prioritize, make decisions, manage risks, and solve complex business and technical challenges
► Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
