Main objective of the job

Support within BU Measures, BU Landscape measures as well as Migration Scenarios to reduce the total BU IT Cost through Cleansing, Migration and Consolidation.

Main attributions and responsibilities

• Roll-Out of cleansing measures by carrying out mail requests and tracking the implemented measures;
• Support local plants in the implementation of measures (stakeholder management required);
• Working with tools such as monitoring tools for the analysis and visualization of IT costs;
• Creation of reports and preparation of data in plant, division;
• Support with ITSP Orders for realization of cleansing measures;
• Support the division’s application owners within the software process from division as described within the division process compass;
• Know the BU process compass incl. needed measures;
• Be the first contact for BU application owner issues;
• Support surveys and ensure maintenance of applications data in an internal tool;
• Collect common findings and align with MDF (Master Data Officer) regarding common approaches;
• Schedule meetings and training sessions for Application Owners or Landscape Managers;
• Align for escalation measures with Project Manager;
• Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
• Based on the license monitoring tool Smart-Track and CERT messages:
  • Analyzing the data and identifying over- and under-coverage
  • In direct contact with the departments, preparation and entry of department licenses in Smart-Track
  • Supporting license holders in maintaining their data in SmartTrack
  • Creation of reports, tracking of KPI’s.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and experience in working with international team.
• Very good English skills both written and spoken.
• Basic understanding of enterprise IT architectures and system landscapes.
• Solution-oriented mindset and self-driven working approach.
• Several years of job experience would be beneficial.
• Possesses IT knowledge is confident in using Office programs.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with spreadsheets or reporting tools (ex. Power BI) for maintaining system inventories.
• Capable of producing well-founded data analyses.
