Job Description

Responsible for executing and optimizing endpoint lifecycle management processes, including imaging, deployment, repair, inventory control, and logistics of the organization’s IT equipment. This role ensures all devices are properly configured and delivered to end users in a timely and efficient manner.

Location: 6688 N. Central Expwy. Dallas, TX 75206

Responsibilities

  • Perform PC imaging for desktops and laptops according to organizational standards to ensure full functionality upon receipt.
  • Troubleshoot imaging failures and maintain imaging processes and documentation.
  • Provide technical support for desktops and laptops, monitors, printers, network equipment, projectors and presentation equipment, and phones.
  • Ensure proper packaging, accurate and tracked shipping, and timely delivery and return of equipment at end user locations
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware-related issues and perform hardware repairs on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Coordinate vendor warranty repairs and track service requests.
  • Maintain, audit, and reconcile asset inventory records.
  • Manage intake and distribution of IT equipment through tracking and audit of requests and purchase orders.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Required to have High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred to have Associate's Degree from an accredited technical school.
  • Required minimum 2 years relevant work experience in an IT lab, support or technical environment.
  • Required experience with PC imaging, hardware troubleshooting, asset lifecycle management and end-user customer support.
  • Preferred experience supporting a large multi-location employee population of at least 2,500+ employees.
  • Required to have and maintain a valid state driver license in the current state of residence.
  • Required to have and maintain automobile liability insurance, as required by law.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
  • Demonstrated intermediate technology skills. Especially MS office, including word, powerpoint, and excel.
  • Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential in order to achieve Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives.
    • Enhabit does not waive this essential function by permitting duties to be performed remotely on occasion to accommodate temporary personal needs, such as appointments, or to operate in crises beyond its control, such as during a natural disasteror pandemic.
