Install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain physical and virtual Linux servers.
Deploy, install, and maintain lab workstations (Windows and Linux) using deployment and imaging tools.
Provide technical support to internal users including software, permissions, and hardware-related issues.
Collaborate with networking, Storage, Systems, and Information Security teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Support engineering lab environments including PCs, NUCs, and testing hardware platforms.
Contribute to automation initiatives and operational improvements to increase system reliability and efficiency.
Utilize modern productivity and AI-assisted engineering tools (such as Cursor, Claude, or similar) to improve troubleshooting, scripting, and operational workflows.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Linux system administration.
Experience working with tools such as Ansible, Docker, and monitoring tools.
Experience with PXE booting, DHCP, OS image creation, and hardware testing (PCs and NUCs).
Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Experience working with servers, GPUs, or data center environments – advantage.
Experience working with AI-assisted development or productivity tools (such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) – advantage.
Proficiency in English.
