Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Collection & Solution Implementation​
-Gather and consolidate IT requirements from European overseas offices; develop response plans and oversee implementation.
-Provide on-site IT support as needed, including international travel.
2. Project Coordination & Management​
-Coordinate and track IT projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
3. IT Operations & Incident Management​
-Manage IT operations including incident and fault management.
-Perform daily troubleshooting and continuously optimize IT services.
4. Budget & Cost Management​
-Prepare IT budgets and monitor IT expenditures.
5. Asset Management & Digitalization​
-Manage day-to-day IT assets: procurement forecasting, process optimization, statistics, coordination, and asset digitalization.
6. Overseas Infrastructure Coordination​
-Coordinate and implement other IT infrastructure tasks for overseas offices (e.g., leased lines, printer rentals, etc.).
7. Other IT-related duties​ as assigned.
负责欧洲海外办事处，需根据需要出国提供IT支持，并具备IT基础设施0-1级搭建经验。
1. 收集并整理IT需求，制定响应方案并负责实施
2. 协调并跟进IT项目管理
3. IT运维管理，例如IT事件管理和IT故障管理
4. 日常排查IT问题并优化IT服务
5. 制定IT预算并管理IT支出
6. IT资产的日常管理、采购预测、流程优化、统计和协调，以及资产业务的数字化
7. 协调并实施海外办事处其他IT基础设施相关工作，例如链路租赁、打印机租赁等
8. 其他IT相关工作。

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology or a related field; 3+ years of IT operations management experience.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Qualifications:
1. Proficient in daily operation and maintenance of Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.
2. Solid networking knowledge – capable of diagnosing and resolving small LAN issues.
3. Strong communication and stress management skills.
4. Good team player with a strong willingness to learn.
5. Overseas IT operations experience and EU permanent residence permit (Green Card) preferred.
1. 本科及以上学历，信息技术相关专业，3年以上IT运维管理经验。优秀的英语和中文沟通能力。
2. 熟悉Windows、Mac、Linux等操作系统的日常运维。
3. 具备网络知识，能够诊断和处理小型局域网故障。
4. 沟通能力强，抗压能力强。
5. 具有良好的团队合作精神和学习意愿。
6. 拥有海外IT运维经验和欧盟绿卡者优先考虑。
