About the Team
The IT Logistics team ensures that every employee has the hardware and peripherals they need to work effectively from day one. We manage the full lifecycle of company-owned equipment—from procurement and inventory tracking to onboarding, refreshes, and returns. Partnering closely with IT Support, Facilities, and People Operations, our team enables smooth onboarding, secure offboarding, and reliable global device logistics.
You’ll join a fast-moving, highly collaborative group focused on operational excellence, data accuracy, and continuous improvement in how IT assets are tracked, shipped, and supported across the company throughout their lifecycle.
About the Role
We are looking for an IT Logistics Specialist who will focus on the day-to-day operational and inventory work that keeps our logistics engine running. Tag, record, and maintain accurate inventory data and stock levels in the asset system.
Stage, image, and update laptops, mobile devices, and accessories for new hires and replacements.
Prepare YubiKeys and other security hardware for distribution.
Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and assist with asset returns and redeployment.
Shipping & Logistics Operations
Prepare and process outbound shipments for new hires, replacements, and returns.
Coordinate with logistics partners and ensure shipment records are accurate, tracked, and up to date.
Maintain organized storage and staging areas across office locations.
Support cross-office and international device shipments as needed.
Systems & Data Accuracy
Maintain real-time accuracy of inventory and assignment records.
Support data accuracy, reporting, and audit needs across Finance, Security, and Compliance.
Escalate discrepancies or process gaps to senior IT Logistics members for resolution. Support & Collaboration
Respond to logistics-related tickets and requests.
Support onboarding events and new-hire classes with hardware setup and equipment provisioning.
Contribute to SOP documentation and ongoing process improvements.
You Might Thrive in This Role If You...
Enjoy hands-on work, organization, and maintaining structured systems.
Have experience in IT logistics, warehouse, or hardware asset management roles.
Bring strong attention to detail and accuracy when recording asset data.
Communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams (IT Support, People Ops, Facilities).
Take pride in clean, well-maintained inventory spaces and consistent record keeping.
Can lift and move computer equipment safely as part of daily operations.
Have a positive, proactive attitude and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with IT shipping and customs processes for international logistics.
Experience managing or supporting reverse logistics programs (returns, repairs, recycling).
Knowledge of Apple hardware setup, imaging, and configuration workflows.
Exposure to automation tools or interest in helping identify process improvements.
Why This Role Matters
This position ensures the client’s IT infrastructure scales smoothly by maintaining operational discipline, data integrity, and reliable device logistics. Your work directly supports employee readiness, audit compliance, and the IT team’s ability to innovate and automate at scale.
