Job Description

We're Osome - an international fintech startup making the lives of entrepreneurs easier. We help thousands of businesses kick admin, accounting and bookkeeping out of their day-to-day, so they can spend more time on what's important to them. We've developed a unique solution that combines SaaS with a human-in-the-loop approach to provide full-fledged services in real-time.

We’re experiencing rapid growth in both client base and team, which now comprises around 500 people across our offices worldwide. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for more bright minds who are excited to make a real impact by solving complex problems.

Responsibilities (how we will measure success):
  • Deliver timely and effective IT support to internal users, maintaining a high standard of service.

  • Support the successful execution of the company-wide MDM migration project with minimal disruption to end users.

  • Assist in the migration of knowledge resources ensuring content is organized and accurate.

  • Contribute to AI adoption initiatives by supporting training sessions, documentation, and user enablement activities.

  • Maintain accurate IT asset records, documentation, and operational procedures.

  • Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, automation, and end-user experience through continuous improvement.


Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis):
  • Provide Level 1 IT support for hardware, software, Google Workspace, and general IT requests.

  • Prepare, configure, enroll, and troubleshoot laptops and mobile devices.

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup, device provisioning, and asset management.

  • Support the MDM migration by coordinating user communications, device enrollment, testing, and documentation.

  • Assist with knowledge migration by organizing content, creating pages, validating migrated information, and managing information

  • Support AI enablement initiatives by preparing training materials, documenting best practices, and assisting with AI workshops.

  • Maintain IT knowledge base articles, SOPs, and internal documentation.

  • Perform inventory management, hardware audits, and general office IT support.

Required Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Basic knowledge of IT support, Google Workspace, MDM, Windows/MacOS, and networking.

  • Strong interest in endpoint management, cloud technologies, and AI tools.

  • Good communication, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn.
