Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?

In this role, you will be an integral part of our Global IT Service Desk team, supporting IT Specialists in delivering top-notch IT support to Lundbeck employees. You will gain hands-on experience by resolving standard IT service requests, handling system access, and performing basic configuration tasks. This is your chance to learn how to provide local IT support, including hardware management and AV equipment assistance.

Lundbeck GBS Krakow is a part of corporate functions and a strategic part of Lundbeck, global pharmaceutical company specialized in brain diseases.

As our Intern, you will join the diverse team of IT Supporters located in Krakow, dedicated to providing global IT support. Our focus is on supporting your advancement in IT expertise while promoting partnerships with peers worldwide.

What you bring to the team

  • Currently studying with a minimum availability of 30 hours per week.
  • Willing to continue a career in Lundbeck.
  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of Windows OS, Office Suite, and iOS devices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level).
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in the IT field.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality service.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
