We're looking for an IT Intern to join our Technology & Development Department and help with the daily IT needs of the business. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their IT career to gain hands-on experience, learn from an experienced team, and build practical skills in a fast-growing international company.

What You'll Do

As an IT Intern, you'llassist with a variety of IT support and operational tasks, including:

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing and recovering IT equipment.

• Configure and set up laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and accessories.

• Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications.

• Prepare workstations and equipment for new team members.

• Maintain accurate records in the IT Asset Management system.

• Track, label, inventory, and organize company IT equipment.

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and basic networking issues.

• Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access requests.

• Help maintain IT documentation, procedures, and equipment records.

• Support IT projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and computer hardware.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

• A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
