Uraian Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

• Setup, configure all new laptops according to Laku6 default settings.

• Factory reset, restore image of older laptops.

• Coordinate delivery of assets for new hires and replacement for defective laptops.

• Coordinate repairs for defective laptops under warranty.

• Ensure that all new laptops are properly configured according to Laku6 default settings.

• Check and diagnose if older laptops can still be deployed. Intern will check for physical defects and damages.

• Ensure that deliveries, as well as receiving of laptops are done and coordinated with the employee.

• Report any defects to his line manager. The line manager will be responsible for claiming the warranty to the supplier.

• Report all activities related to his main duties.

• Check and answer ticket queues assigned to him/her

• Create access for new hires and deactivates for leavers

• Check recordings of cctv onsite and remotely and align them to the proper date and time accordingly

Kualifikasi

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Vocational High School or Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, laptop setup, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Google Workspace, or user account administration is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of networking, computer hardware, including laptop diagnostics and component identification.
• Ability to speak English (basic/intermediate level)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to communicate effectively and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Willing to handle physical IT assets, including laptop setup, inventory, and deployment.
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with the IT team.
