IT Internship Summary:
The IT Intern will support our IT department and Padnos team members in the following areas:
• New user setups
• New computer installations
• Upgrades and training
• Remote Site Support
• Auditing spare hardware (PC’s/Laptops)
• Documentation of our printer fleet
• Help offload day-to-day work of our IT ops team
IT Internship Qualifications:
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Systems Management or related field (preferably Freshman, Sophomore or Junior Status)
• Experience with Windows 10 & 11
• Basic to Moderate Microsoft office experience
• Must be willing to work in-person at office site (some travel required)
• Basic PC hardware setup and configuration knowledge
• Demonstrated excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working independently
