About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Integrator / Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Amsterdam In this role, you will coordinate and manage large-scale IT initiatives, connecting multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

You will play a key role in bridging business and IT, coordinating across tribes, products, domains, and global teams Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the digital experience for millions of banking customers and supporting thousands of employees who serve them.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Planning & Coordination

• 
  Create and oversee IT implementation plans for complex initiatives.
• 
  Manage dependencies across squads, ensuring technical interdependencies are clearly understood.
• 
  Coordinate end-to-end execution, including integration and testing phases.
• 
  Monitor delivery progress, report status, and mitigate risks across teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• 
  Work closely with developers, system administrators, business stakeholders, and management
• 
  Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment.

Guidance & Oversight

• 
  Coordinate development processes and ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices
• 
  Support Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions.

Business & Technical Analysis

• 
  Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical implementation strategies
• 
  Identify opportunities for innovation and improvements in processes and solutions.

Problem Solving

• 
  Remove blockers and drive progress across cross-functional teams.
• 
  Provide creative solutions to complex delivery and coordination challenges.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in Business Analysis and Agile ways of working
• 
  Strong experience in IT project management within banking projects
• 
  Experience coordinating large-scale IT initiatives and cross-team dependencies
• 
  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• 
  Experience working in Agile environments with multiple squads or tribes
• 
  Ability to translate business needs into technical delivery plans
