About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project/Program Manager to oversee the coordination and successful completion of critical projects and programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring project milestones are met while maintaining high-quality standards. You will be instrumental in reporting project progress to senior leadership and driving initiatives that align with the companys strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects/programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Assign responsibilities to team members and monitor progress.
• Prepare and present status reports to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues affecting project success.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and company standards.
• Lead and direct the work of team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in project/program management within relevant industries.
• Fundamental understanding of networking principles.
• Experience working with data center infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on-site five days a week.
