岗位职责：
1.负责IT基础架构及安全的整体规划设计、实施和持续优化，与其他关键IT/业务利益相关者合作，制定IT基础设施路线图，以确保IT基础设施容量能够满足业务需求增长要求。
2.建立符合global全球IT标准的IT基础设施，包括GxP和非GxP环境，不限于网络、服务器、数据库、操作系统等。
3.负责IT基础设施相关项目管理，确保项目按照时间表、预算和质量标准完成；与项目团队一起完成基础设施的设计、实施、资格认证、运营和维护。
4.负责IT基础设施的日常运维和管理，确保支持业务功能的IT基础设施的稳定性、完整性、和高效安全运行。
5.负责制定和执行IT基础设施运维流程和管理规范，以满足内外部审计及合规要求；
6.负责IT基础设施的安全管理，制定和执行IT安全策略和制度，确保系统和数据的安全；
任职要求：
1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，8年以上工作经验，有团队管理经验；
2.精通Window和Linux环境系统管理和运维，对服务器、网络、数据库、存储、备份容灾和安全等领域有深入理解和实践经验；
3.熟悉云计算平台及相关技术，如分布式计算、虚拟化、容器、微服务框架等主流技术；
4.熟悉GxP规范对于IT基础设施相关系统和运维的要求；
5.熟悉网络安全法律法规对于IT基础设施相关系统和运维的要求；
6.具备良好的沟通协调能力、服务意识和工作责任心；
7.具有良好的学习能力，对IT基础设施相关的新技术有很强的求知欲望；
8.有制药企业相关工作经验者优先；
9.英语沟通熟练，能够支持国际化团队。
