The IT Infrastructure Intern will be responsible for assisting the IT Technical Services team with building and deploying laptops, desktops and other computing solutions. The Infrastructure Intern will also be involved with other occasional projects involving the deployment, support or recycling of network, computing, or mobile devices utilized by our end users.It’s a great opportunity to learn technology, customer service and support, end user documentation authoring, process development and general business skills! This position is Limited Term; with the internship available for up to one year from the date of hire. The program requires 20 hours per week. Schedule can be flexible to support academic commitments. There may be opportunities to work additional hours during the summer or over the holidays. The IT Infrastructure Intern must effectively carry out the essential duties of this position in a manner that consistently demonstrates the core values of the organization in a positive manner.
