Your mission, roles and responsibilities

郡山工場のITインフラストラクチャエンジニアの役割は、割り当てられたゾーン内の日本担当ITとサイト間の関係を管理し、ユーザーが共通のサービスレベル契約(SLA)で定義された日本担当ITから合意されたサービスを受けられるようにすることです。
この役割の主な使命は次のとおりです。
1.チームとのコラボレーション
1.1日本ITまたは、本社ITとのコラボレーション
1.2 サイトから要求された要件を管理し、必要に応じて適切な業務部門・本社ITと調整します。
1.3 郡山工場の製造に適用される詳細インフラストラクチャの設計と実装をリードします。
1.4 既存の基準/インフラストラクチャとの調和を図りながら、製造現場に固有の機器/システムを検討/実装するリード。
1.5 標準化された環境に基づき、特に製造拠点関連のITオペレーションを効果的に運用する。
1.6 他のITインフラストラクチャ・メンバーのワークロードをサポートします。
2情報リソースとITインフラストラクチャの管理:
2.1 ソフトウェアの制御と配布
2.2 ITリソースとシステムの能力、スループット管理
2.3 ユーザーの要求管理
2.4 インシデント管理
2.5 変更管理:要求変更管理、検証と計画、優先度管理
2.6 ITインフラストラクチャの構成管理:ITシステムの構成、変更履歴、ITシステムの異なるオブジェクト間の関係に関する実際の情報をサポートすることにより、ITインフラストラクチャの制御を提供します。
2.7 システム可用性管理:問題管理;故障モードとリスク分析;バックアップ・モード管理;可用性の監視;企業の標準およびビジネスニーズに応じてSLAを準備および更新する
3情報システム管理
3.1 企業の標準に従って、ITシステムのセットアップと計画的なメンテナンスを管理
3.2 内部の共有サービスと通信して、外部でサポートされているITシステムを管理
3.3 ITシステムとユーザーサポートの使用方法に関する作業指示の管理
3.4 ITシステムとサポートの使用方法をユーザーに問い合わせて、ビジネスニーズを満たす適切なITソリューションを選択する
3.5 ITシステムに対するITセキュリティ要件の管理(ファイアウォールによるアクセスの制限、強力なパスワードの使用、安全でないデータ転送プロトコルの使用の制限)
3.6 IT責任領域におけるソフトウェアライセンスおよびソフトウェア保守契約の管理
4物理的なITインフラストラクチャ管理
4.1 社内標準に従って冗長なITインフラストラクチャを構築し、社内の共有ITサービスと外部サプライヤをサポート
4.2 重要なITインフラストラクチャの高可用性の実現(ケーブル配線、IT冷却システム、ガス消火システム、UPS、LAN、Wi-Fi、サービスの可用性)
4.3 外部データ転送チャネル(インターネット、WAN、顧客とのVPN接続)の高可用性のサポート
4.4 日本ITおよび本社ITのサポートによるLAN機器の管理Cisco
4.5 ITシステムの可用性の監視の管理
4.6 取引先とのITシステムの保守契約の締結(サーバルーム冷却システム、UPSバッテリ交換、サーバハードウェア、防火消火システム)
4.7 ITシステムおよびスペアパーツの購入の管理
4.8 全ライフサイクルに従った資産管理: 「計画」->「購買」->「使用」->「廃止」
4.9 特にハードウェア、ソフトウェアに関するグループ基準の適用を確保する。セキュリティポリシー、ソフトウェアライセンス管理、IT資産管理など。
5データ管理
5.1 企業の標準に従ってデータ・バックアップを管理
5.2 データストレージの可用性とシステム容量の管理
5.3 サポートユーザーがITデータへのアクセスを管理する方法と、定期的なアクセス監査(ファイルサーバ、ITシステム)によるサポート
6MES製造実行システム管理(倉庫管理含む)
6.1 MES ITインフラストラクチャにリンクされたの高可用性を提供
6.2 MES IT障害のリスク管理(FMEA)。MESユーザーおよびベンダーと協力して、MESバックアップモードを実装します。
6.3 MES ITインシデントを調査し、再発防止策を提供する。そのために、MESのユーザーやベンダーと協力してください。
6.4 MESシステムへのユーザーアクセスの管理
6.5 MESと他のシステムとの関係を文書化する。プリンタ、スキャナ、ダッシュボード、およびPCをMESで動作するように設定する方法の作業指示の管理
6.6 MES、ERP、およびカスタマーVPN間のデータ交換チャネルの可用性をサポートします。

Your profile and competencies to succeed

資格

• 教育:情報技術を専門とする工学の学士号
または自動車業界のIT分野での5年間の経験
• 英語レベル:Business/Fluent
• 日本語レベル:ビジネス/流暢

経験:
