Responsibilities :

• Perimeter: Data centers, Workstations, Telecommunication, Security.

• Deploy standard group infrastructure within plants.

• Support R&D technical standards.

• Support & Control outsourcing operations.

• Ensure different levels of service.

• Promote innovation at regional West Europe level.

• Guarantee confidentiality of information.

• Manage incidents not treated by outsourcers.

• Contribute IT budget, MTP. & invoice services according to the required service level.

• Contribute IT IAR (Investment Approval Requests) for all plants.

Past experience :

At least 3 years of past IT experience and very strong technical background (such as a Master’s degree in Computer Science).

Skillset :

Required technical skills (similar competing technologies also accepted):

The candidate should have competency and/or experience on several of below bold letter topics and technologies (or similar competing technologies). Competency and/or experience on the other topics is a plus. In general the candidate should have a good understanding of underlying IT concepts, strong motivation to learn, and resourcefulness in proposing adequate solutions to complex problems.

• WAN / LAN / WiFi (TCP/IP, VPN, QoS, Cisco, wiring best practices).

• Telephony & audio/video conferencing (CUCM, Analog, VoIP, ToIP)

• Active Directory (DC, GPO), DHCP, DNS, SMTP

Servers, Storage, Middleware, Datacenter

• Datacenters (Cooling, Fire prevention, Racking)

• Server hardware (UPS, servers, SANs)

• Virtualization Hypervisor (HyperV)

• Server OS (Mainly Windows, but also some Linux)

• Backup & DRP

• Oracle (SQL, DBA, RMAN, Performance, Oracle Enterprise Manager)

• File and print servers (Microsoft)

• Remote Desktop Services (Servers, Thin Clients)

• Monitoring (Centreon / Nagios)

User environment and support

• Help Desk Knowledge (Processes, ITIL, Incident, Problem, SLA, …)

• Software deployment, inventory and asset management

• Endpoint (Laptop, Desktop, Tablets, Thin Clients) hardware

• Printing (copiers, multi function devices, ...)

Security

• Firewall (Fortigate)

• Network access control (802.1x)

• Internal audit

• Anti virus

• Syslog, Splunk

• Single sign-on solutions

Management skills (optional)

• Supplier management

• Project management

• Reporting and communication with internal customers

• Fluent English (Toeic 785 or similar level)

• Business level spoken French (reading/writing not mandatory)

Skills on other IT infrastructure topics are also highly valued.
