Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • ITIL foundations certified advantage
  • Microsoft Active Directory DHCP, DNS
  • VMWare Version 8 (VCenter Knowledge)
  • VEEAM backup, Knowledge of quantum and scalar technologies
  • Cisco Switching and Aruba (Management)
  • Centreon Monitoring, Managing hosts.
  • FortiGate Firewall Management (Routing and Policing)
  • Access Control management
  • Network Architecture Design (WAN/LAN) & Subnetting
  • VOIP solution
  • Knowledge in network/telecom (Aruba certifications appreciated)
  • Knowledge in VMWare virtualization technology environment would be an added value.
  • 5 to 10 years relevant experience in IT
  • Must be willing and prepared to Travel.
  • Must have a valid passport 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a ITIL MIS support process (single point of contact for helpdesk, ITSM ticketing, troubleshooting, logs analyze, reporting, Centreon monitoring) for users in the scope of work (if part of the RUN domain)
  • Ensure production follow-up on a daily, weekly, monthly basis (if part of the RUN domain)
  • Manage IT Hardware resources (see inventory and capacity planning in deliverables here after)
  • Manage IT Infrastructure projects/major change in the state of the art: express of needs from users, planning of implementation (priorities), specifications book, tender, supplier choice, user acceptance test.
  • Ensure capacity planning for IT Infrastructure
  • Apply company security and licensing policies.
  • Manage IT Infrastructure related contracts and SLA: Review suppliers contracts making sure they are in accordance with requirements, meeting expectations.
  • Eventually apply the penalties for non-compliancy (if part of the RUN domain)
  • Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations.
  • Ensure IT Infrastructure management is compliant with ISO processes, ITIL processes and QHSE processes.
  • Techno watch, anticipate new technologies.
