We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager to lead the team that serves as the core foundation of our technology environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the 24/7 availability, performance, and security of our entire IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and end-user computing. You are a hands-on leader who blends deep technical expertise with strong operational discipline to ensure our technology systems are reliable, scalable, and efficient, directly supporting the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of system, network, and help desk engineers.
Foster a culture of proactive monitoring, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service. Manage team workload, prioritize tasks, and conduct performance reviews.
2. Infrastructure Strategy & Management:
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for MHSI IT infrastructure, including on-premises, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and hybrid environments.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all server, network, storage, and data center infrastructure. Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services for cost-efficiency and performance.
3. Operations & Service Delivery:
Ensure the high availability and reliability of all critical business systems and network services.
Oversee the IT Service Desk function, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests based on SLAs. Manage IT operations based on ITIL frameworks, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
4. Security & Compliance:
Partner with the CISO/Cybersecurity team to implement and maintain robust security controls, including firewalls, patch management, and access controls. Ensure infrastructure compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
Own and test the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans for all critical infrastructure.
5. Budget & Vendor Management:
Develop and manage the infrastructure and operations budget, including forecasting and cost-control. Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with technology vendors, managed service providers, and contractors.
6. Project Management:
Lead infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with other IT pillars (e.g., Business Applications, Security) to support their infrastructure needs.
