PRIORITY, a leading Management and IT consulting firm in Greece, is currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to join a prominent client. This role involves the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the client’s IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and performance.
Job Profile Summary:
As an IT Infrastructure Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and supporting the company’s infrastructure environment. Your responsibilities will include the administration of servers, networks, virtualization platforms, and cloud services. You will work closely with other IT teams to implement and maintain robust security measures, optimize system performance, and ensure service availability across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management, administration, and monitoring of IT infrastructure, servers, data center environments, and Microsoft Azure Cloud services.
- Administration and support of Microsoft 365 environment, including Emails, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licenses, and user access rights.
- Management of domain user accounts, email accounts, group permissions, mailbox configurations, and file services access rights.
- Administration and optimization of corporate network infrastructure (WAN/LAN, VLANs, switches, access points, domains, and connectivity).
- Monitoring and management of ticketing systems, telecommunication infrastructure, and call center connectivity, rules, and policies.
- Participation in IT infrastructure projects, including hardware replacements, disaster recovery initiatives, and migration projects.
- Coordination with vendors for infrastructure support, procurement evaluations, troubleshooting, and implementation of technical changes.
- Management of cybersecurity initiatives, end-user support operations, and technical support for headquarters and remote business sites.
Requirements
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Min 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Experience in network administration and security best practices.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional, or relevant networking/security certifications.
- Experience with automation and scripting tools (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
