Job Title: IT Infra Specialist
Work Location: Pune
Relevant experience required (in years): About 7 years of industry experience in IT Support, Monitor the support cases regularly to ensure the cases are closed as per the set Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Required Skills, Competencies & Responsibilities:
This role carves out the best in providing IT services to global customers and yet catering to the demands of local IT Support.
Possesses a solid technical foundation (IT Infrastructure) and handles a range of issues with minimal guidance.
Collaborating with peers before escalating within the tiered support model.
Shares knowledge with junior team members and contributes to digital enablement by piloting new tools and sharing insights. Demonstrates strong proficiency in productivity tools. Actively assists in planning and delivering digital events and training to promote adoption and engagement.
Onboarding & Offboarding activities.
Laptop preparation for new joiners, webshop assignments, manage and maintain inventory.
Work on Level 1/2 tasks for ICT Service Center - Perform troubleshooting for hardware, software, network connectivity, printers, and peripherals.
Work on Level 1/2 tasks for Application Lifecycle Management tasks.
Assist with local IT setups for town halls.
Always keeps meeting rooms connectivity update to date.
Respond promptly to support tickets and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction (Maintain SLA response/resolution times).
Excellent organizational, and support case management skills. Successful communicator at all levels using all media, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Work within Global Service Center team.
Readiness to work in flexible/rotational shifts.
Readiness to work in rotational 24x7 support hours.
Needs to be an excellent team player with positive attitude at work.
Demonstrate good attitude / discipline at the workplace.
Should have good knowledge of Digital Platforms
Strong knowledge of standard hardware & software configurations, Storage and Computing required.
Hardware experience
Software & OS –
Related technical certifications will be an added advantage.
Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform is desired.
Forward looking with focus on automation and identifying process improvements.
