・各局面における詳細なプロジェクト計画文書を作成するか、メンバーに作成を指示し、効率的で高品質なプロジェクト遂行を担保するためのドキュメンテーションを実施します。また、その計画内容や計画に基づく履行状況をお客様とコミュニケーションをします。
