  • Support the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure product portfolio.

  • Act as an advisor to sales and execution teams throughout project phases.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in IT infrastructure, a passion for innovation, and great communication skills.

You’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • Around 10 years of experience in industrial or enterprise IT infrastructure.

  • Strong expertise in Windows/Linux systems, server-client architecture, and virtualization/containerization (e.g. VMware, Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Knowledge of cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure.

  • Understanding of security standards and practices.

  • Familiarity with hardware such as HPE, Fortinet, Cisco is a plus.

  • Fluent English skills (spoken and written).

  • A proactive mindset, team spirit, and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.

Experience in airport baggage handling systems is an advantage, but not required.

What We Offer

At Vanderlande, your work truly matters. You’ll be part of a growing, innovative company that’s helping shape the future of logistics.

We offer:

  • A competitive salary: €6.200 – €7.300 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance), with potential to grow beyond this scale based on performance.

  • 40 days of paid leave (including a flexible benefits budget worth 20 days).

  • Hybrid working model (40% remote, 60% in-office).

  • Flexible working hours and work-from-home allowance.

  • Commuting support, including full public transport reimbursement.

  • €300 annual Health & Wellbeing budget.

  • Access to on-site health centers, gyms, and wellness professionals.

  • Excellent pension and health insurance packages.

  • Ongoing training and development through Vanderlande Academy.

  • A vibrant, inclusive culture with internal communities, events, and a great company restaurant.
