IT Informaticist – PAS & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Saudi Arabia | Multi-Facility Healthcare Operations

We are currently recruiting an experienced Healthcare IT Informaticist to support and optimize Patient Administration Systems (PAS) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations across leading healthcare facilities in Saudi Arabia.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in healthcare informatics, hospital operations, EMR systems, patient access, and revenue cycle optimization within large-scale hospital environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize PAS workflows including patient registration, scheduling, admissions, discharge, and bed management
• Improve patient access, operational efficiency, and insurance/demographic data accuracy
• Drive end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) including pre-authorizations, charge capture, coding validation, billing optimization, and denial management
• Support, configure, and optimize InterSystems TrakCare and related healthcare information systems
• Standardize workflows, system configurations, and master data governance across multiple healthcare facilities
• Build operational dashboards and healthcare analytics using Power BI, Tableau, and TrakCare reporting tools
• Provide troubleshooting, user support, and end-user training for clinical and administrative teams
• Ensure compliance with CHI, NPHIES, CBAHI, MOH regulations, and ZATCA e-invoicing requirements
• Collaborate with IT, finance, operational, and clinical stakeholders to improve healthcare delivery and financial performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, Information Technology, Nursing, or related field
• Master's Degree is preferred
• Preferred Certifications: CPHIMS, RHIA/RHIT, PMP, TrakCare, Epic, or Cerner certifications

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of healthcare informatics experience within hospital environments
• Strong expertise in PAS, Patient Access, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and EMR systems
• Hands-on experience with InterSystems TrakCare is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, DRG, HL7, and FHIR standards
• Experience managing multi-facility healthcare operations and system governance
• Strong familiarity with Saudi healthcare regulations, insurance/payor systems, and healthcare compliance standards

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel regularly between healthcare facilities within Saudi Arabia
• Valid Saudi Arabia driving license is highly preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to bridge technical IT teams with clinical and operational users
• English fluency required | Arabic is a strong advantage
