JOB PURPOSE
The Identity and Access Management/Identity and Access Governance Manager will ensure access security and compliance across the entire corporate ecosystem. They will serve as the primary stakeholder for the Microsoft Entra ID Governance platform, with extended responsibility for managing External Identities (B2B/B2C) and the governance of non-human identities, including bots, service principals, and AI agents.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Degree in Computer Science or similar is a must.
Understanding of Dataver5+ years as an IAM/IGA Manager or Lead.
Expert knowledge of all Entra ID Governance modules, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection.
Proven experience in managing B2B scenarios, federations, and secure external collaboration.
Specific expertise in managing Service Principals and permissions related to automation and AI agents.
SC-300 (Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator) or SC-100 (Cybersecurity Architect) are highly preferred. AZ-500 is considered a plus.
Ability to define roles, permissions, and access policies based on the principle of Least Privilege.
Ability to anticipate challenges related to corporate AI adoption.
Expertise in guiding the IT team and raise business awareness regarding access security.
Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels; proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and facilitating processes in dynamic and complex environments
