This position will support Schomp dealerships in Aurora, Highlands Ranch, and Littleton, CO - local travel between campuses may be required.

Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, including new employee IT orientation.
Prioritize, respond to and resolve IT-related issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Log and track all support requests in the ticketing system.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
Guide users through step-by-step solutions for technical issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams or vendors as necessary.
Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and infrastructure.
Install, configure, and update software and hardware as required.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
0-2 years Helpdesk Technician experience preferred.
Excellent communication and listening skills required.
Research and troubleshooting skills.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
